About
A notebook for curious weekends.
Every week there’s something I can’t stop thinking about. Why we put off the things we actually want to do. Whether that sleep trick everyone swears by does anything. Why some ideas stick for decades after they’ve stopped being true.
Sunday Memos is where I go and find out, then write it up plainly, the way you’d explain it to a friend over coffee. Some weeks it’s about your body, some weeks your brain, some weeks just something odd I fell into. The point is that you finish one knowing something you didn’t on Saturday.
What you’ll find here
Body. Sleep, food, movement, and the health advice everyone repeats.
Mind. Habits, procrastination, motivation, and why we do what we do.
Work. Focus, tools, and systems that actually stick.
Curious. Odd histories and things that only look obvious once someone explains them.
How it’s written
Plainly, and honestly about what’s known and what isn’t. When a post leans on research, the sources are linked so you can read them yourself. When something is just my take, or something I tried for a few weeks, I’ll say so.
Who’s behind it
One person, with no name on it for now. I’d rather each post stand on its own than lean on who wrote it.
A note on health posts
Nothing here is medical advice. It’s a curious person reading carefully and sharing what they found. For anything about your own health, talk to someone who can actually examine you.
